Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate and co-create with Worldwide Brand Team to develop the CeLMOD lymphoma go-to-market Strategy for each asset, including co-creation and development of launch strategy with clear connectivity to future life cycle opportunities as well as launch implementation. Provide input to DSTs and BD to support long-term lymphoma strategy. Communicate proactively and regularly to senior management on progress on strategy and execution including oversight to BOD. Develop direct report/matrix members and a clear talent retention strategy while continuously optimizing the team’s structure and performance
•Lead overall strategy in partnership with CR&D; short, mid and long term, business cases, forecasting, etc.
•Lead overall message platform, scenario planning, strategic choice work, label optimization/filing strategies, and other key projects/activities
•Gain priority market endorsement on launch strategy and core deliverables working with other functions, priority markets and commercialization leads to both embed and drive rapid implementation of the GTM strategy
•Review the market level plans, provide feedback, track execution, report on challenges encountered and develop remediation strategies
Deliverables include:
•Define the disease landscape and unmet needs
•Gather patients insights and voice of customer
•Monitoring and describing the competitive landscape
•Define the optimal target product profile
•Develop revenue forecasts
•Establish the strategic imperatives necessary to gain and maintain a leadership position within melanoma
Defining alternative scenarios.
Requirements
BS/BA or equivalent required; an MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Minimum 7-8 years pharmaceutical experience. At least 4 years in sales, marketing or market access. Operational ex-US experience beneficial, especially in a leadership function. Hematology/lymphoma experience is preferred
Proven track record demonstrating BMS behaviors and exemplary achievement of performance objectives.
Strong leadership skills and execution of key deliverables
Experience in mobilizing matrix team members, country partners, embracing teamwork and project management within a cross functional environment will be critical
Demonstrated analytical skills in market research, competitive Intelligence, financial analysis and crystallization of key business opportunities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively and efficiently drive performance are required
