Company President George Hanford says the temporary layoffs are from declining customer orders and high inventory levels during the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2008.
Hanford says he believes once the company’s customers inventory levels return to their normal levels, orders will return to “historic” levels.
Hanford Pharmaceuticals is located in Syracuse, New York.
