Job Description
The Pharmacy Professional Practice Coordinator will support the day-to-day operational responsibilities for the CVS Pharmacy Professional Practice Team's Monitoring and Intervention Programs. This includes daily coordination of operational activities such as production of reporting, intake, and triage of case submissions, creating and preparing cases, coordination of store and/or prescriber outreach, and drafting communications. This role requires baseline knowledge of pharmacy workflow and relevant regulations for controlled substances.

When preparing cases, the successful candidate will have the ability to conduct research, and use multiple sources of information to gather, analyze and interpret details. The Coordinator will solve complex problems and create solutions. This individual must be highly organized and be able to work with a sense of urgency to deliver high quality, timely results. The nature of the work requires this person to maintain a high degree of accuracy when completing all aspects of daily responsibilities

In addition to strong organizational and analytical skills, this role requires interacting and influencing internal stakeholders at multiple levels of leadership. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are a necessity as this position will require frequent interaction with prescribers, pharmacy teams, field leaders, as well as other internal and external business partners. This position will routinely interact with the following groups: Compliance, Pharmacy Operations, Legal, Quality and Safety, Field Leadership and Pharmacy Teams.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 19.50
Maximum: 40.10

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
• 2 years relevant work experience
• 1 years of pharmacy technician experience or other equivalent professional licensing
• 1 years of working knowledge of controlled substance regulations and dispensing requirements, as well as pharmacy workflow principals

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience as a Lead Pharmacy Technician
• Experience with RxConnect
• Bachelor's degree
• Communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including store teams, field leaders, corporate partners and prescribers, both in writing and verbally.
• Apply analytical skills to solve problems and evaluate trends in our data
• Demonstrate sound business decision-making and rationale when presenting facts, data, and recommendations.
• Think creatively, including analyzing key elements and evaluating opportunities to support program objectives.
• Employ strong organizational skills to consistently prioritize multiple key objectives, push through obstacles, and manage deadlines.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teradata, and Tableau

Education
High School Diploma or GED
