Are you living your life's work?Position Description :The Pharmacy Coordinator is responsible for the operations of the assigned division and staff (technicians and pharmacists). Responsibilities include, but not limited to: remaining aware of operational and clinical issues, ensuring compliance with USP 797/800 and other regulatory standards, developing and sustaining relationships and partnerships with the multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient services, partnering with the Investigational Drug Service staff to ensure appropriate research practices are followed in the ambulatory practices, maintenance of staff performance evaluations, division schedule management, staff development, workflow evaluation and coverage/support for the ambulatory UBCP program. In addition, the Coordinator is required to maintain clinical and technical competence to provide staffing coverage (when needed).Minimum Requirements :Bachelor's Degree from College of Pharmacy 2 years experience.
