Assists in interdepartmental functions as directed by supervisor.','!*!REQUIRED CREDENTIALS: Training and Experience: Successful completion of pharmacy technician training, or be a “grandfathered” pharmacy technician under ND law. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Requires working knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of clerical and pharmaceutical sciences. Requires skill and accuracy in use of office machines. Licenses, Registrations & Certificates: Registered Pharmacy Technician. Maintain continuing education requirements as set forth by the ND State Board of Pharmacy. Working Conditions: Works in a clean, well-lighted, heated and ventilated office. Subject to many interruptions. Occasionally subjected to irregular hours. May be exposed to carcinogenic (chemotherapy) agents. May be exposed to infections and contagious diseases. Occasionally exposed to hazardous substance (ie. dry ice). Physical Requirements: Work is of light demand requiring sitting, standing and walking. Manual dexterity and mobility required.
