Job Description

This brand marketing position on the Digihaler brand (ProAir Digihaler, AirDuo Digihaler, ArmonAir Digihaler) is created to develop and execute successful marketing programs and campaigns which target Health Care Providers (HCPs) resulting in the prescription and use of Digihaler products by appropriate patients with unmet medical need.

Travel Requirements: Domestic travel/limited international travel

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Percentage of Time)

Lead and execute major segments of brand promotion primarily focused on Healthcare Provider (HCP) tactics to drive brand/portfolio performance. (25)

Help manage communication channel strategies for brand/portfolio including personal and non-personal promotion (NPP) as well as peer-to-peer activities. (20)

Serve as the brand’s key resource to the sales team and to the sales trainers. (5)

Provide program/project leadership and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and agency/vendor partners to ensure all efforts are aligned to brand/portfolio strategic imperatives. (15)

Provide marketing support across customer facing functions by creating and making available education and communication tools and by developing effective materials and value–added programs. (15)

Work closely with peers and internal multi-functional partners (iMCM, MR, Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, Sales Training, Procurement) to devise and execute an integrated commercial strategy. (10)

Identify Market Research needs for assigned segments and work with MR team to implement customer insight and understanding initiatives. ( 5)

Develop and manage relationships with key customers, industry thought leaders and advocacy organizations. (5)

Follow Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.

Align organizationally and individually with internal and external codes of conduct.

Ensure that all brand/portfolio tactics operate within full compliance of medical, regulatory, privacy, legal and compliance policies.

Qualifications

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree

Education Preferred: Post Graduate Degree/ MBA preferred

Experience Required: ≥ 5 Years of pharmaceutical experience or relevant brand management experience, ≥ 2 years of marketing experience, experience and competence in cross functional leadership and people management/ development.

Experience Preferred: Brand management experience across customer segments. Brand management experience on more than one disease state. Digital marketing experience. Launch experience. Pharmaceutical experience outside of marketing function. People management.

Company/Industry Related Knowledge: Respiratory and/or consumer marketing experience preferred
