Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Implementation of Communication Plan for US including:
? Draft email communications
? Identify key stakeholders by department eligible for communication
? Work with the business to ensure effective implementation
? Post communication on iNet site
? Work with Coop to drive content for internal and external website (including to HCP Global Repository site)
US Project Support:
? Provide Compliance support to the Third Party team implementation of Consummate Provider tool
? Provide Compliance support to the HCP Communication team
? Support collection of Reprints from Medical Information team and Commercial team
? Work with Commercial, Clinical Trial & R&D team to remediate any gaps that are identified during Sunshine gap assessment
? Assist in development of certification process for organization for state & federal reporting
Data Quality Monitoring:
? Run and review the data quality monitoring reports on weekly basis
? Investigate transactions to determine business owner
? Work with team to add to the Data Governance Action Items List for business resolution
? Analysis of payments and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with Sunshine Act
Error Management Process:
? Run Error Management reports on weekly basis
? Address Compliance errors to include assignment of Nature and Purpose and identify Non-reportable recipients and non-reportable transactions
? Submit business errors to team to add to the Error Management Action Items List for review at Data Governance meeting
? Data Governance Team Support:
? Take over maintenance of Data Governance support in Q3
Other projects to support the Transparency team
Qualifications:
Experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry
BA in Business Administration
MBA preferred
Aggregate Spend/Transparency Experience preferred
Skill Set:
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent inter-personal skills
Good organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and multitask with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to exercise sound judgment and determine priorities
Strong project management skills
