California-based biopharmaceutical company has been charged by Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for misleading the investors about regulatory status of its sole product. SEC has also charged three executives of the company with insider trading. The SEC has alleged that Immunosyn Corporation had misleadingly stated that approval for human clinical trials was underway but in fact the company had never submitted any application.
